The 3-day retreat includes a mixture of Shamanic practices, Yoga, 5-Animal Qigong and (optional) massages. The organizers – Amarpal Sohi, Founder of Joy Through Travel, and Slovenia-based energy practitioner A. Lena Klopcic, aka Lena Jung will lovingly guide you to connect with the roots of your being, to re-member who you truly are at the core.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with your deeper wisdom and knowing in connection to Mother Nature – Pachamam - and all her beings. Within this process you will be ready to leave your old personas behind and unleash your true potential!
Where?
Slovenia, a beautiful green pearl in the middle of Europe - officially a part of Central Europe, resting below the great Alps, and neighbouring the Balkan region with a doorway to the Adriatic Sea.

770 EUR – 3-Day Retreat program + 82-175 EUR/night/person for accommodation.

OPTIONAL: Trip to ‘LJUBLJANA – the LOVED* one’
Group trip to Ljubljana / spending an afternoon outdoors in charming hands of Ljubljana, the capital of sLOVEnia (How can it get even more loving, right?, visiting city centre, Ljubljana castle, Tivoli park and enjoying dinner in the old town. According to one of the many etymological explanations, its name is derived from the word ‘ljubljena’, meaning ‘loved one’. It is therefore not surprising that Ljubljana (capital city of Slovenia) is so loved by its citizens and visitors alike.
The Golden Temple, Amritsar Itinerary
Another trip we have planed is, The Golden Temple in Amritsar, India
Day One
Fly from Mumbai to Amritsar int the morning approx. at 11:15 and land in Amritsar at 14:30. Check-in at the hotel; have tea & snacks. The afternoon is free for you to spend at your leisure. In the evening, we will visit the Golden Temple to do some Seva (community service) and stay until sunset. Around 20:30 we will proceeded to go to the market to have dinner at the Dhaba (small roadside restaurant) and experience the local food before going back to the hotel.
Day Two
Wake up early at sunrise, have a shower and go to the temple to do the Prabhat Feri (walking around the temple grounds singing and chanting hymns) around 5:00am. We will go around the temple surroundings and meditate together at sunrise. Come back to the hotel around 8:30 to have breakfast and rest for a while. Whilst we are in the temple we will meditate in the morning to awaken the Guru, connecting to the energy is of the Guru Granth Sahib (the holy book of the Sikhs).
Around midday, we will visit Jallianwala Bagh, the Durgani Temple, another local temple. Lunch will be at the local Dhaba outside in the City. We will to the hotel in the evening around 18:30 to rest. Dinner will be served at the hotel around 20:00 There will be an opportunity to go to the temple for the Prabhat Feri. This is where the priests put the Guru Granth Sahib to rest (Sudhakar). After that we make our way back to the hotel to sleep.
Day Three
Get up in the morning, have breakfast. We will visit the Golden Temple on the third day around 10 o'clock. We will be in the temple at 10:30am onwards, understanding the meaning and significance of the Golden Temple. We will do a Mandala meditation, starting the sacred geometry and the geometry that is within, followed with a meditation which will help your heart chakra center and align. We will do Sewa (selfless service) in the langar hall (community kitchen). We will have lunch at the Temple. We will head back to the hotel to rest. At 15:30, we will go to the Wagah border, the Pakistan-India border. Here, we will watch the salutation/Parade. After this magnificent Parade, we will head back to the hotel around 20:00. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day Four
After breakfast, head for the Golden Temple to Serve. We will meditate on the grounds of the temple (a relaxation meditation). After the meditation, we will have lunch in the Langar Hall. After lunch, we go back to the hotel to freshen up and go sightseeing and shopping in Amritsar. A gift for the evening will be an exercise where we will journal all that we need to let go of. We will set the seed of intention for manifestation and align it with the energy of the Heart Centre, to get grounded and balanced.
Day Five
After breakfast, check out and take a flight back to Mumbai.
